We recently shared an app ‘zToggle’ which allowed users to Enable/Disable Multitasking & Background Wallpaper on iPhone 3G and iPod Touch 2G. The program has been updated to version 3.0 and zToggle is now compatible with iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4.

If you’ve an iPhone 3GS or iPhone 4 and want to disable multitasking on iOS 4, then zToogle is the right tool for you. All you need is a jailbroken device to run it.

See these guides to jailbreak: iPhone 4 | iPhone 3GS running iOS 4/4.0.1

To install zToggle, open Cydia, tap its Search tab and search for “zToggle”. Confirm and install the app, launch it from home screen and choose your preferred options.

zToggle works great. So easy, where the others are complicated or don’t work at all.
Thank you!
