This is how I solved it,,.. I think it is caused by the InPrivate Browsing..

just delete the InPrivate Filtering Data…
-tools
-internet options
-on general tab (Browsing history.. click delete)
-uncheck all first .. . . then check the InPrivate Filtering Data. then .. delete.

Solution: Open IE Go to Tool-->Manage Add-ons Then disable “IE Developer Toolbar BHO” (if this doesn’t work then disable “IE Developer Toolbar” or anything similar to this name) Close and Open IE as normal and you should now be able to add new tab Hope this works for you After several attempts to try and get rid of this problem I found out this was an easy fix.

Solution:

Open IE
