This is how I solved it,,.. I think it is caused by the InPrivate Browsing..

just delete the InPrivate Filtering Data…
-tools
-internet options
-on general tab (Browsing history.. click delete)
-uncheck all first .. . . then check the InPrivate Filtering Data. then .. delete.
