IE Tweaker is a small and portable utility which allows users to fix various issues with Internet Explorer in a click. It has 90+ tweaks and fixes that will help you to enable/disable any options with ease and without getting in to registry.
Using it, you can make the following modifications:
Turn on/off Browsing options like: Smooth Scrolling, Clear type font, Animation, Sounds, Picture Display, Automatic Image resizing.
