PingWire is an online service which shows you live feed of images being posted to twitter using Twitpic, yfrog, and Twitgoo. It shows the images shared on twitter in real time. Clicking on a thumbnail will take you to the full sized photo.
Also you don’t need to login or have a twitter account in order to use it.

You can use Google Picasa to easily create multiple style collages.
