We recently posted about the newly released .Net Framework 4 which was an online installer. A Full offline setup aka Standalone Installer of .NET Framework 4 is now available from Microsoft. This can let you install .Net Framework 4 on systems without Internet connection or while installing it on multiple PCs.
The Microsoft .NET Framework 4 redistributable package installs the .NET Framework runtime and associated files that are required to run and develop applications to target the .NET Framework 4.
- Supported OS: Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2003 SP2, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7
- Supported Architectures: x86, x64, ia64

does it works with XP OS 32bit Engine..?
Yes, it supports Windows XP SP3 (32-bit & 64-bit).
It is not a full installer ,if you do not install any .net before. You can not install it offline.
I try it on windows 2003 server sp2 and windows xp sp3 failed .Always try to download from web somefiles like “RGB9RAST_x86″ even you had installed this package.
