Rovio Entertainment has finally released the much awaited ‘Angry Birds Space’, a major brand new version of Angry Birds game line-up. The game is available now for iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Android devices, as well as for Mac and Windows.

Angry Birds Space introduces you to new adventures on planets, features 60 interstellar levels on planets and in zero gravity, resulting in spectacular gameplay ranging from slow-motion puzzles to lightspeed destruction. With brand new birds, brand new superpowers, and a whole galaxy to explore, the sky is no longer the limit! It also includes many hidden goodies, secret levels and cool space content. The gameplay has been thoroughly optimized for all platforms, and it fully supports Retina display on the new iPad. Counter-Strike by Valve, is the most popular and the best first-person shooter online PC action game in the world. CS released 12 years ago, has sold over 25 million copies. The hardcore gamers and CS fans would be pleased to know that a new version of Counter Strike game "Global Offensive" is set to hit the stores in 2012. The title is being developed by Valve in cooperation with Seattle-based Hidden Path Entertainment.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS: GO) will expand upon the team-based action gameplay that it pioneered when it was launched 12 years ago. CS: GO features new maps, all-new visuals, characters, weapons and delivers updated versions of the classic CS content (de_dust, etc.). In addition, new version will introduce new gameplay modes, matchmaking, leader boards, and cross-platform play.

CS GO promises to expand on Counter-Strike award-winning gameplay by delivering it to several other popular platforms than just PC. Apart from PC, the game would also be available on gaming consoles, Xbox 360 and Play Station 3 (PS3). The PC players would get a chance to have their hands on the beta test this October.

This isn’t Counter-Strike 2, it’s more like an incremental update. Terrorists still fight Counter-Terrorists in round-based combat. You still plant bombs on Dust and rescue hostages on Office. Some maps, like Dust and Aztec, received updates while others, like Dust 2, are largely unchanged.

Release: CS GO is targeted for release in early 2012 and will be played at this year’s PAX Prime and Eurogamer Expo.

Rovio Mobile, the developers of popular game ‘Angry Birds’ have just made an official confirmation that Angry Birds will launch for Windows Phone 7 devices on 29th June. Earlier, Angry Birds for WP7 platform was set to launch on May 25th as stated by Microsoft at the MIX11 event. However, it has been delayed now! Here’s the tweet just posted by Rovio Mobile from their twitter profile which confirms the announcement: “Angry Birds will now be coming to WP7 on June 29th.”

So, all those addictive Angry Birds players using WP7 have to wait for a long period of 40 days prior to see the availability of Angry Birds game for Windows Phone 7. Until then, you can play the game online on any browser for Free without the need of any touchscreen smartphone.

Rio movie has already released in India on April 8th and will be releasing everywhere on April 15th. Rovio Mobile has now released the free ad-supported version of Angry Birds Rio game in the Android Market. The ad-free version is available exclusively in the Amazon Appstore (US only), where you can download it for free for a limited time. The free version of Angry Birds Rio for Android can be downloaded free from Android market.

In Angry Birds Rio, the original Angry Birds are kidnapped and taken to the magical city of Rio de Janeiro, where they eventually escape their captors and set out to to save their friends, Blu and Jewel – two rare macaws and the stars of the upcoming Fox motion picture, Rio. Angry Birds Rio will pair the physics-based gameplay of the original game with unique twists based on the film.
