Instagram, the popular photo sharing service offers a remarkable functionality and is widely popular among iOS and Android users. Instagram was recently acquired by Facebook leaving the end users skeptic about its future, most of whom are now looking for ways to backup their precious and beautiful photos offline on their computer. Neither Instagram has a web version nor it offers a way to download the album photos or save filtered photos to SD card. Fortunately, there are some great online services that overcome this problem by offering the ability to export, download your photos easily.

Instaport is one free and smart web service that provides a simple way to export or backup all your Instagram photos to your local hard drive. Unlike some other services, it lets you download all photos by packing them in a single archive which one can later upload or share with anyone. It also offers some ‘Advanced Options’ for those not interested in downloading entire pictures. This way you can export a collection of recently taken photos, photos took between a particular time interval, and photos tagged with a specific tag. The option of porting to Facebook, Flickr, RSS isn’t possible at the moment and is said to be added soon.

To Backup your Instagram Photos using Instaport, simply visit instaport.me, login with your Instagram username and password. Then authorize the app to grant access to your photos, friend lists, and profile data. Now select the download .zip file option or any other advanced option, and click Start Export. Bharti Airtel has added self-care service for millions of its Prepaid customers by allowing them to easily manage their mobile services online, directly from Airtel India official site. Being an Airtel Prepaid user myself, I found this added feature a boon as people no more need to spend their valuable time debating with the customer care staff. Yes, now you have the convenience of managing your airtel prepaid account anytime without calling CC centers and without cutting your account balance on such calls.

To manage your account, simply visit airtel.in and select ‘Prepaid’ option from the ‘My Account’ section in sidebar (direct link). There you’ll need to input your 10-digit mobile number and the displayed verification code, which on proceeding instantly sends an access code to your mobile that you need to enter in the next step. Few months back, Google rolled out the Cosmic Panda experimental design for YouTube that offers a different look and a new experience for Videos, Playlists, and Channels but hasn’t been launched publicly yet. It now appears that YouTube is testing a fresh new design for their homepage which isn’t introduced for official preview yet but is being rolled out randomly for some YouTube users. Moritz Tolxdorff, a smart folk on Google+ has figured out a way to get the new design by tricking a related cookie.

You can easily enable the New YouTube homepage on Google Chrome and Firefox browser. This wont affect the design of individual videos webpage. To do so,

1. Open www.youtube.com

2. Press Ctrl + Shift and J in Chrome to open the Developer Tools.

Press Ctrl+Shift+K in Firefox

3. In Chrome, click on the "Console" Tab, paste the below code and hit enter.

In Firefox, just paste the above code (next to grey arrow) and hit enter.

4. Reload YouTube and enjoy the new layout.

What’s New?

1. An all new beautifully designed homepage.

3. The mid-panel shows the lists of most recent videos from your Subscriptions, thus making it easier to keep up with the latest activity.

4. Quickly subscribe to favorite channels by sorting them on basis of categories.

5. Recommended videos are listed on the right sidebar of homepage.

This new YouTube design isn’t declared officially yet and might get changed in future.
