I’ve found a 100% working tool to Remove Watermark from Windows 7 RC Build 7100. The watermark is sometimes irritating specially on dark backgrounds.

How To Remove Watermark from Windows:
1. Download and extract the archive.
2. Open folder, Right click WatermarkRemover.exe and select Run as administrator.
3. Now you’ll see a window as shown below, click Y to continue.
4. Wait till all the tasks are performed automatically. Reboot when completed !
5. That’s it. Now the watermark will be gone aka removed

Yes this and some other programs worked until recently, but failed when MS hot fixes were applied. After uninstalling these hot fixes, the water mark has gone!. I am sure Its not because such things can be kerbed but due to the inconveniences that may cause due to such drastic actions.
Finally found something that worked for my 7100 build.
