CPU-Z for Android Now Available

CPU-Z, a popular freeware for Windows PC that gathers and shows detailed information about main devices of your system like CPU, Mainboard, Memory, Graphics, etc. is now released for Android. If you’re looking to get a deep insight of hardware on your Android smartphone or tablet itself, then look no further than CPU-Z. CPU-Z for Android provides details regarding SOC, System, Battery and Sensors; all listed under specific tabs and one can navigate easily by swiping across the tabs. The app (currently in Beta) is available for free on Google Play and requires Android 3.0 and above.

The SOC (System on Chip) displays the CPU name, CPU architecture, no. of cores, process, clock speed for each core, CPU load, GPU vendor and renderer. The ‘System’ tab displays the device model, manufacturer, board, display, screen resolution, RAM, storage, Kernel architecture and version. Battery info includes its health, battery level, status, temperature, and Sensors shows parameters in real-time for all integrated sensors like Gyroscope, Accelerometer, Light and Proximity sensor, and more.
