ICICI Bank ‘iMobile’ App for Windows Phone Released

ICICI Bank Ltd, the second largest bank in India today announced the launch of ‘iMobile’ app, the official ICICI mobile banking application for Windows Phone. ICICI has earlier introduced its mobile app for iOS and Android, and now Windows Phone users can enjoy ICICI Bank net banking services right from their Windows Phone, anywhere and at anytime! The app is available for download from Windows Phone store, and supports Windows Phone 8 or later.


iMobile is ICICI Bank’s official mobile banking application. This new app intends to enhance the customer experience through a new user interface based on the Windows tile format. It provides a convenient, friendly and secure way to access most of the banking services directly from your smartphone, including funds transfer, bill payment, and more. Moreover, users can also make non-financial transactions such as prepaid mobile and DTH recharges, where one can select their favourite past recharge transaction and perform a quick recharge.

“With this new app on Windows, our mobile banking application is now available on all major platforms including iOS, Android and Blackberry.” said ICICI Bank, Executive Director, Rajiv Sabharwal.

With iMobile, users can easily initiate fund transfer, make bill payments, view details of their Savings and current account (check balance, detailed statements, cheque status), fixed and recurring deposits, credit cards, loans, demat and Public Provident Fund account. Users also have the ability to call the customer care directly from within the app for immediate help.
