Samsung announces Budget Galaxy phones with KitKat – Core II, Star 2, Ace 4, and Young 2 [Comparison]

Samsung has expanded its Galaxy smartphone line-up with the introduction of 4 new entry-level phones namely – Galaxy Core II, Galaxy Star 2, Galaxy Ace 4, and Galaxy Young 2. All these new Galaxy devices are offered at an affordable price tag, all being equipped with Samsung’s TouchWiz Essence user interface and runs on the latest Android 4.4 KitKat OS. Samsung hasn’t revealed any details about the pricing and availability of these handsets yet but considering their low-end specifications, it’s likely they’re aimed at low-budget Android segment. Below is the technical comparison of all these new Galaxy phones.

    Battery for phones except Core II are very low.

    I don’t think single core 1 GHz Cortex A7 CPU and 512 MB RAM is any longer a preference for the buyers as too many quad core, 1 GB RAM phones are there at around the same price. Let’s hope the performance is not as bad as I think 🙂 .
