Aspect ratio of the computer screen can be easily calculated by dividing the width by its height. For example: The aspect ratio of 1440 x 900 screen resolution would be 8:5
Here is a simple tool ‘Aspect Ratio’ which can calculate and display the current aspect ratio of your screen in 1 click. The most common aspect ratios are 4:3 and 16:9
