Nokia NbuExplorer is a free & small tool which allows opening the backup files from Nokia PC Suite which is a .nbu file. It is an excellent parser, extractor and viewer of Nokia NBU backup file (produced by Nokia Content Copier). You can browse and export contacts, messages, calendar, photos, files, etc.

You can try Noki at http://www.nokisoft.com. Noki is a full featured Nokia backup file explorer (supported formats are: .nbu, .nfb, .nfc, contacts.cdb and backup.arc).

Noki? Why? NBU Explorer works just fine and it’s free :)

I am searching for a solution to export .nbu files into .xls (only for contacts), this app is ok, but it saves every item into a separate file, so if you have 400 contacts and export them, you will get 400 files, each with one name/phone number. Unlike Noki it is free, so I cannot complain, is a fine and useful app.
