Find out when you followed someone on Instagram

Make sure your Instagram app is updated to the latest version.
Search and open the profile of the person whose followed date you want to know.
In their profile, tap the ellipsis icon (3 dots) at the top right corner.
Tap ‘See shared activity‘.
On the Shared activity screen, you can see the date you followed that person on Instagram.
